I was a summer intern at Sparebank 1 SR-Bank, the second-largest Norwegian-owned banking institution. Here I worked as a graphic designer in an interdisciplinary team of four. We worked on a project in marketing with the aim to come up with innovative solutions to recruit young customers. To achieve this we used a design thinking methodology which is called: the Google design sprint method. Our work consisted of brainstorming sessions, prototyping, and testing various ideas on the target group. The final concept was gamification integrated into the mobile. We called it SR-Points. This was presented to others in the firm and the management team.
